Management of the batching room of the injection workshop

1. Formulate the management system of batching room and guidelines for batching work;

2. The raw materials, toner, and mixers in the batching room should be placed in different areas;

3. The raw materials (water-containing materials) should be sorted and placed, and they must be marked well;

4. Toner should be placed on the toner rack and must be identified (toner name, toner number);

5. The mixer should be numbered/identified, and the use, cleaning and maintenance of the mixer should be done;

6. Supplies equipped with cleaning mixer (fire water, rags);

7. The prepared ingredients need to be sealed or tied with a bag sealing machine, and affixed with identification paper (specify: raw materials, toner number, use machine, ingredient date, product name/code, ingredient staff, etc.;

8. Use of ingredient kanban and ingredient notice, and do a good job of recording the ingredients;

9. The white/light color material needs to be compounded with a special mixer and keep the environment clean;

10. Train the batching personnel on business knowledge, job responsibilities and management system;
